What makes DuraTech so great, aside from the fact that it can be used to vent just about any appliance? Between the two walls is a thermal insulation blanket, which keeps the outside wall cool and the inside wall hot. This enhances safety and performance, and can prevent creosote formation. The inner wall is 25% thicker than the inner walls of other chimney systems, for added safety.
